How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes:
1. 2-4 business days (Standard)
2. 1-3 business days (Express, if ordered before 2 PM)
What if the item doesn’t suit me?
No problem! You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Just contact our support team at warecozy@gmail.com to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at warecozy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll send a replacement or refund you immediately—no return needed for faulty items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. But we are also trying to add more payment methods for you.
I want to cancel my order
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by emailing us at warecozy@gmail.com with your order number. After this window, we'll try our best to intercept the shipment.
I'm having payment issues
